Terms of service.

I acknowledge that l am the legal owner or guardian of the horse(s), dog(s), and/or other pets. Placed in the care of Lucky Horse Sitting.

I understand that Lucky Horse Sitting operates with the well-being of both animals and humans as a top priority. I confirm that I have shared accurate and up-to-date information about my animal's health, temperament, and behaviour to ensure they receive the best care possible. If anything changes, I agree to update Lucky Horse Sitting promptly so we can continue to provide appropriate support.

While horses and pets can sometimes behave unpredictably, I appreciate that Lucky Horse Sitting will always make a genuine effort to work with each animal and to resolve any issues that may arise during care. I understand that if an animal's behaviour poses a serious and ongoing risk to safety, Lucky Horse Sitting may need to modify or, in rare cases, end services— but only after every reasonable option has been explored.

I understand that horses in care should be familiar with basic handling and safe to work with. That said, I also know Lucky Horse Sitting is experienced and adaptable, and will do their best to accommodate different needs and temperaments wherever possible.

In the case of an emergency, if I cannot be reached, I permit Lucky Horse Sitting to seek immediate veterinary attention or other necessary care for my animal(s). I agree to cover any resulting costs, such as veterinary fees or related services.

I understand that reasonable cancellation policies and surcharges may apply and will be communicated. Lucky Horse Sitting values fairness and will always aim to be flexible and understanding with scheduling changes.

I permit photos or videos of my pet(s) to be used on Lucky Horse Sitting's social media pages, unless I notify otherwise. Any use beyond social media (such as for media or promotional campaigns) will be discussed with me beforehand.

By signing this waiver, I acknowledge that Lucky Horse Sitting will provide care to the best of their ability, with compassion, professionalism, and responsibility. I release Lucky Horse Sitting and its representatives from liability for any unavoidable incidents or injuries that may occur, and agree to take responsibility for any costs or consequences arising from pre-existing medical conditions, behavioural issues, or emergencies.
