Terms of service.

By placing my horse(s), dog(s), and/or other pets in the care of Lucky Horse Sitting, I acknowledge and agree to the following:

  1. Ownership & Authority
    I confirm that I am the legal owner or guardian of the animals placed in the care of Lucky Horse Sitting.

  2. Accurate Information
    I have provided accurate and up-to-date information regarding my animals’ health, temperament, and behaviour. I agree to promptly notify Lucky Horse Sitting of any changes to ensure appropriate care.

  3. Animal Behaviour & Safety
    I understand that animals can sometimes behave unpredictably. Lucky Horse Sitting will make every reasonable effort to manage and resolve issues. If an animal’s behaviour poses a serious or ongoing risk to safety, Lucky Horse Sitting may modify or, in rare cases, end services after all reasonable options have been explored.

  4. Handling & Experience
    Horses should be familiar with basic handling and safe to work with. Lucky Horse Sitting is experienced and adaptable and will accommodate different needs and temperaments wherever possible.

  5. Emergency Care
    In the case of an emergency, if I cannot be reached, I authorise Lucky Horse Sitting to seek veterinary or other necessary care. I agree to cover all resulting costs, including veterinary fees.

  6. Cancellations & Surcharges
    Reasonable cancellation policies and surcharges may apply. Lucky Horse Sitting will communicate these clearly and aims to be fair and flexible.

  7. Media & Social Media
    I permit photos or videos of my animals to be used on Lucky Horse Sitting’s social media pages, unless I notify otherwise. Any use beyond social media will be discussed with me beforehand.

  8. Liability & Release
    I acknowledge that Lucky Horse Sitting will provide care to the best of their ability, with compassion, professionalism, and responsibility. I release Lucky Horse Sitting and its representatives from liability for unavoidable incidents, injuries, or emergencies, and agree to take responsibility for costs or consequences arising from pre-existing medical conditions, behavioural issues, or emergency situations.

By paying the deposit or confirming booking dates, I acknowledge that I have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
